Special Edition Bike Seat for Women

Below you will find the technical details about this bike seat. First though, here’s how this special edition came to be.

Our family purchased RideOut Tech from Jeri Rutherford. During one of our first family zoom calls about the new enterprise, one of the granddaughters named Pippa piped in.

“Of everyone on this zoom call, I’m the only one who rides a bike every day.”

She was right, and so Pippa was the first grandchild to receive her own carbon comfort seat. She even installed it herself on her bike by following the video tutorial made by Jeri found here.

At one of our next zoom calls Pippa shared something with us. An image she’d designed herself to go on a future version of the seat and the website.

Pippa’s design image speaks to those who love to see the world through bicycle riding. She likes the way she spelled the company name on the design. RideOwt. It’s because other bike seats give an “Ow” experience after a long bike ride, our bike seats take the “Ow” out.

Now for the technical details.

Designed exclusively with women riders in mind, Carbon Comfort bicycle seats utilize infused carbon fiber suspension and chromyl rails. Radically different from other bicycle seats, this saddle is optimized for the commuting, touring, cruising and hybrid bikes. The infused carbon fiber in the base plate conforms and flexes to the rider, absorbing road shock.

The patented, “crossbow”  design has been endorsed by Doctors, industry professionals and individuals like you.  Wider in back and narrower in front, this seat holds you the way your body was meant to be supported. Plus you can leave those padded bike shorts behind and let the most comfortable saddle ever designed for women support you the way you were meant to be!

In addition to a great design, the Red Carbon Comfort has safety built in! Retro Reflective 3M fabric is sewn into the back to increase rider visibility. Kevlar side panels protect the seat from damage.
